Mai fand im Littfelder Dojo ein Landelehrgang Jugend<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>unter der Leitung von Sascha Wege 3.Dan Ju-Jutsu TV Littfeld und<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bernd Bals 2.Dan Ju-Jutsu TV Eichen statt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Auch wenn es Muttertag war, fanden sich 52 Teilnehmer zu diesem Lehrgang<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ein.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nach der Begr\u00fc\u00dfung durch die beiden Referenten, brachten Bernd und Sascha die Kids auf Betriebstemperatur und als diese erreicht war \u00fcbernahm Sascha die Kids und Stieg ins Thema Atemitechniken ein.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nach und nach baute Sascha verschiedene Atemitechniken in verschiedenen Schwierigkeitsgraden und Kombination auf die von den Teilnehmern flei\u00dfig trainiert wurden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Auf die Frage, ob jemand die Techniken zeigen wolle, gab es viele Meldungen und die Kids Pr\u00e4sentierten stolz das erlernte.
