Urspr\u00fcnglich sollte dieser beim PSV Dortmund stattfinden, musste jedoch kurzfristig zum JSC Soest verlegt werden, da die Halle anderweitig ben\u00f6tigt wurde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00fcr die 38 Teilnehmer\/innen erwies sich das Dojo des JSC Soest als eine optimale L\u00f6sung mit der gewohnt perfekten Organisation der Verantwortlichen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wolfgang Kroel zeigte in dem dreist\u00fcndigen Lehrgang eine Mischung aus Techniken, die sowohl f\u00fcr das Pr\u00fcfungsprogramm als auch f\u00fcr die Selbstverteidigung geeignet waren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bereits innerhalb der Aufw\u00e4rmprogrammes stellte er grundlegende Elemente zur Verteidigung gegen Messerangriffe heraus. \u00d6konomische und blitzschnelle Bewegungsformen kombiniert mit pr\u00e4ziser Abwehr- und Atemitechnik und jederzeit die M\u00f6glichkeit der Flucht aus der Situation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Er betonte, dass ein Ju-Jutsuka Inspirationen ben\u00f6tigt, um schlussendlich die Techniken anzuwenden, mit denen er am besten zurechtkommt und die zu ihm passen.
