Oktober stand der Stock auf der Matte der Turnhalle Leese im Mittelpunkt. Der Bezirk Bielefeld hatte interessierte Ju-Jutsuka zum Landeslehrgang Stocktechniken im neuen Pr\u00fcfungsprogramm eingeladen. Knapp 20 Sportlerinnen und Sportler aller Graduierungen schauten Ralf Kettler, ausgewiesener Fachmann nicht nur im Bereich Stocktechniken, genau auf die Finger, als es darum ging, sich mit dem Stock zu besch\u00e4ftigen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nach einer kurzen Theorieeinheit gab es eine knackige und schwei\u00dftreibende Aufw\u00e4rmeinheit, bevor der Stock geschwungen wurde. Zun\u00e4chst gab\u2019s einige Drills zum eingrooven, bevor es an die Abwehr einzelner Angriffswinkel ging.&nbsp; Danach wurde von Ralf diverse Optionen des Stockeinsatzes vorgestellt, die dann zum Finale als Weiterf\u00fchrungen aneinandergereiht wurde.
