Der erfahrene Dantr\u00e4ger aus Herford, mit umfassender Expertise im Ju-Jutsu und Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ), begeisterte die Teilnehmer mit einem abwechslungsreichen und intensiven Programm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In einer motivierten und engagierten Gruppe wurde von Anfang an eine positive Atmosph\u00e4re geschaffen, die es jedem erm\u00f6glichte, auf seinem individuellen Niveau zu lernen und zu wachsen. Den Auftakt bildeten tierische Bewegungs\u00fcbungen, die nicht nur den K\u00f6rper aufw\u00e4rmten, sondern auch f\u00fcr jede Menge Spa\u00df sorgten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Im Hauptteil des Lehrgangs wurden pr\u00fcfungsrelevante Themen vertieft. Der Fokus lag auf verschiedenen Varianten des Guard Escapes und Guard Passes \u2013 fundamentale Techniken, die sowohl im Ju-Jutsu als auch im BJJ essenziell sind. Anschlie\u00dfend wurde das Thema erweitert, indem \u00dcberg\u00e4nge vom Guard Pass hin zu verschiedenen W\u00fcrgetechniken demonstriert und intensiv ge\u00fcbt wurden. Luis war mit 15 Jahren der j\u00fcngste Teilnehmer und ist aus Stefans Verein. Er hat nicht nur einen Superjob als Uke gemacht, sondern auch gegen Ende des Lehrgangs spontan eine W\u00fcrgetechnik demonstriert, die begeistert aufgenommen wurde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Der Lehrgang war ein voller Erfolg und bot die perfekte Mischung aus technischem Anspruch, pers\u00f6nlichem Austausch und Freude am gemeinsamen Training.
