{"id":3540,"date":"2025-09-22T16:46:53","date_gmt":"2025-09-22T14:46:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nwjjv.eu\/?p=3540"},"modified":"2025-09-22T21:48:48","modified_gmt":"2025-09-22T19:48:48","slug":"bjj-mit-kai-geike-bei-der-trainer-c-ausbildung","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nwjjv.eu\/?p=3540","title":{"rendered":"BJJ mit Kai Geike bei der Trainer C Ausbildung"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Im Rahmen der diesj\u00e4hrigen Trainer C Ausbildung kam auch unsere Stilart BJJ nicht zu kurz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kai Geike, unser BJJ-Beauftragter gab am 20.09.2025 einen Einblick in diese faszinierende Sportart.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Das BJJ Training orientiert sich sehr nah am Wettkampf, also \u00a0f\u00fchrte Kai die Teilnehmerinnen und Teilnehmer von Anfang bis Ende durch alle Situationen eines BJJ Kampfes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Begonnen wurde im Stand. Hier zeigte Kai, wie der Gegner in die Guardposition gezogen wird, der Fachbegriff ist \u201eGuard-Pull\u201c.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Am Boden angekommen, ging es weiter mit dem passieren der Guard, bzw. dem Umgehen der gegnerischen Beine, um in eine vorteilhafte Position zu kommen.
